Prayagraj Municipal Corporation awarded the contract to Lion Service Ltd to manage the end to end Door to Door and Mechanized Cleaning operations. Lion Service Ltd partnered with the Nobilitas to implement the IT Enabled Waste Management Solution.
Nobilitas – Waste Management System is a true end to end solution which simplified Daily Waste Operations and controls the Logistics with Collaboration and Insights. The purpose of solution is to have the Surveys, Operations, Customer and Drivers APPs connected to one centralized ‘hub’ so that all the stakeholders can access information within seconds!
- Asset Management: Asset Management solution enabled PMC to digitize the waste infrastructure. It combines RFID tags, Smart Waste Management System and Mobile App. By tagging all bins, container, households, commercials the PMC can identify and record all assets in a digital inventory in the Smart Waste Management System. The solution simplifies bin tracking, household and commercials tracking, communication and invoicing, and restrains unauthorized use of bins.
- Waste Monitoring: Waste Monitoring solution combines Smart Sensors, the Smart Waste Management System and the Citizen App. The Smart Sensors uses ultrasound technology to measure the fill levels in bins and containers several times a day and send the data to the Smart Waste Management System, a powerful cloud-based platform, via the Internet of Things.
- Route Planning — Route Planning solution enables PMC to optimize and automate planning of waste collection routes. It combines the Smart Waste Management System, Driver Navigation App and it can incorporate data from Smart Sensors. .
- Property Survey — Property Survey Solution enables the supervisors to collect all the information about the Households, Commercial Entities and Bulk Waste Generators.
- User Charges: Based on the PMC KPI’s and Policies the User Charges are collected from the users. The User charge collection is integrated with the Payment Gateway.
- Customer Complaints: The solution has the complete Citizens complaints to the resolution system as per defined SLA’s
