A custom enterprise e-commerce solution was developed integrated with Payment Gateway and third-party loyalty system. Custom reports, ticket and helpdesk system, modules for promotional activities etc. were developed to support modern e-Commerce requirements of GFB.
- UI and UX Design: Our design experts identified and designed the website based on the current trends and responsiveness.
- Custom Report Creation: For an insightful view of products, its sale, shipping etc., custom reports were created using MSSQL queries. Purchase history by customer, product report, shipments report, accounting report now can be accessed by GFB admin.
- Successful Data Migration: All the master data was successfully migrated to the new system.
- Newsletters and Transactional Emails: For email marketing and transactional emails to customers, an intuitive UI was developed for composing and sending emails using the Office 365 SMTP services.
- Promotion Activity Management: The promotion functionality / module was build which enabled GFB admin to manage catalog price rules, shopping cart price rules, reward price etc. A custom gift card module was developed that allows admin to view existing gift cards, generate new ones, and import them from CSV files.
- Security Implementation: Our security team identified the threats and configured the Web Application Firewall.
- Google Analytics Implementation: The Google analytics was integrated to regularly monitor the performance of the site.
